THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF VISAS AVAILABLE IN THE UAE

Investor Visa
The Investor Visa is specifically tailored for investors and entrepreneurs embarking on business ventures in the UAE mainland. This visa holds a validity of up to three years, with the option for renewal, offering a valuable pathway for sustained business activities and growth.”
The applicant must invest a certain amount of money in a business in the UAE
For 10-year visa: Establish a company in the UAE with a capital of AED 10 million
For 5-year visa for entrepreneurs: The individual should invest at least AED 500,000 in an existing project or a project that has been approved by an accredited business incubator
The business must be legal and licensed to operate in the UAE
Provide proof of investment, such as bank statements or financial documents
Have a valid passport
Must pass a security background check
The applicant may be required to have a medical examination
Partner Visa
This type of visa is issued to business partners of a UAE national or a company in the UAE. It is valid for up to three years and can be renewed.
A document that shows the amount of money that will be invested in the business, such as a bank statement or a letter from the investor’s bank
A copy of the trade license or a certificate of registration of the proposed company
Valid passport with a minimum validity of six months
A certificate of good conduct or a police clearance certificate from the investor’s home country
A medical fitness certificate obtained from a UAE government-approved medical center
A sponsor must be appointed for the visa application process, and this can be the business partner or a UAE-based compan
Tourist/Visit Visa
A tourist visa allows visitors to enter the UAE for a short period of time for the purpose of tourism, leisure or visit.
Types of tourist visas in the UAE
30-day tourist visa: This visa is valid for 30 days from the date of entry into the UAE and can be extended for an additional 30 days.
60-day tourist visa: This visa is valid for 60 days from the date of entry into the UAE and can be extended for 30 days.
Requirements
Valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months
Confirmed return flight ticket
Proof of accommodation
Travel insurance
Sufficient funds to cover the stay in the UAE

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
Property/Real Estate Investment

Property investors who have invested at least AED 5 million ($1.36 million) in real estate are eligible for the visa. The investment must be held for at least three years.

Investment in Business

Entrepreneurs who have established a company with a minimum capital of AED 500,000 ($136,000) are eligible for the visa.

Public Investments

Foreign investors who have made a minimum deposit of AED 10 million ($2.72 million) in public investments.

Exceptional Talent

For individuals with exceptional talent in medicine, science, research, and art. They must provide evidence of their achievements and contributions to their respective fields.

High-Level Executives

Senior executives of multinational companies who hold positions with a minimum monthly salary of AED 30,000 ($8,167) are also eligible for the visa

Family Visa
A family visa is issued to the family members of an employee or investor in the UAE. It is valid for up to three years and can be renewed.
The applicant must be a family member of a UAE citizen or a UAE resident who holds a valid residency permit
The specific family members who are eligible may vary, but typically include spouses, children, parents, and sometimes siblings
Must provide proof of relationship, such as birth certificates or marriage certificates
Provide a copy of their sponsor’s residency permit
Have a valid passport
Pass a security background check
Required to have a medical examination
