- Current trade licence
- Valid tenancy contract (for example Ejari in Dubai)
- Passport and Emirates ID copies of partners and manager

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I renew my licence late?
Late renewal usually results in fines and can block other transactions such as visa processing. We track your renewal dates to avoid this.
Can you handle this without me visiting government offices?
In most cases, yes. Many transactions are completed online or by our PRO on your behalf; we tell you in advance if your personal attendance (for example biometrics or a medical test) is required.
