In Dubai, tenancy contracts must be registered with Ejari. A registered contract is needed to issue and renew your trade licence and for many other transactions.
Ejari is the official system for registering tenancy contracts in Dubai, operated under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) of the Dubai Land Department. Registration makes the tenancy official and transparent for landlords and tenants.
Other emirates have their own systems — for example Tawtheeq in Abu Dhabi — and we can assist with those too.
